Conditions of booking. A deposit of 25% of the total price must be paid to ensure the reservation of the apartment. The balance is due on arrival.

The price includes the use of water, electricity, gas, crockery, kitchenware and appliances, as well as bed linen.

The price does include the final cleaning, which ist € 70. This amount will not be charged if you decide to do a thorough final cleaning yourself.

Bookings are possible for one or more complete weeks only. Occupancy always starts on a Saturday at 3 pm and ends on a Saturday at 10 am.
